Panobit, LLC ("Panobit") is committed to customer satisfaction and provides refund options based on the type of service purchased. Due to the nature of web hosting and managed services, not all purchases are eligible for a refund. Please review the specific refund terms below.

3. Money-Back Guarantee for Shared Hosting

Panobit offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting services. If you are not satisfied with your hosting experience within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be made through our Support Portal or by sending us an email to support@panobit.com. This guarantee applies only to new accounts and does not include renewals or upgrades.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers.
  • VPS and dedicated servers.
  • Software licenses (cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Managed IT services, consulting, and professional services.
  • One-time setup fees and administrative fees.
  • Third-party services purchased on behalf of the customer.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, customers must submit a ticket through our Support Portal or by sending us an email to support@panobit.com within the applicable refund window. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must include a valid reason for cancellation.
  • All refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • Accounts that violate our Terms of Service are ineligible for refunds.

6. Partial Refunds & Prorated Credits

Panobit does not offer prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual hosting plans. However, in certain cases, we may provide prorated credits that can be applied to future invoices.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Panobit for resolution will result in account suspension. To avoid service disruption, customers should always attempt to resolve billing issues directly with our support team.

8. Modifications to this Policy

Panobit reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
