2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your services, you must submit a cancellation request through our Support Portal. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Support Portal. Requests made via email, postal mail, voicemail, or any other method will not be accepted or processed.

4. Automatic Renewals & Billing

Unless you submit a cancellation request before your renewal date, your service will automatically renew and your payment method on file will be charged accordingly. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before renewal.

5. Cancellation & Data Retention

Upon cancellation of your service:

  • Your hosting account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
  • Panobit does not provide backups after cancellation—ensure you download your data before submitting a cancellation request.
  • Domain names will remain active until their expiration date but will not be renewed unless explicitly requested.

7. Early Termination Fees

If you cancel a prepaid or contract-based service before its end date, you may be subject to an early termination fee. Please review your specific service terms before requesting cancellation.

8. Policy on Abuse-Related Cancellations

Panobit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in **violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)**. Cancellations due to violations will not be eligible for refunds. Please review our AUP for details.

9. Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable regulations, including:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Applicable to customers in the EU.
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) – Applicable to California residents.
  • Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA - Thailand) – Applicable to Thailand-based users.
