Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Support Portal. Requests made via email, postal mail, voicemail, or any other method will not be accepted or processed.

Unless you submit a cancellation request before your renewal date, your service will automatically renew and your payment method on file will be charged accordingly. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before renewal.
