2. Legal Request Submission Guidelines

  • All legal requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • All court orders must be signed by a judge. Unsigned or self-declared orders will not be processed.
  • Law enforcement requests must be signed by the top-level of the requesting agency (e.g., Sheriff, Police Chief, Commander). Signatures from investigators, officers, or analysts will not suffice.
  • We do not respond to private investigators or non-governmental parties acting in a law enforcement capacity.
  • Legal requests should be as specific as possible. Failure to clearly state the required information may result in delays or unuseful responses.
  • Panobit will respond to legal requests within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Urgent law enforcement matters (e.g., imminent threats): Expedited handling where possible
  • Complex subpoena or court order requests:May take additional processing time

  • Panobit reserves the right to challenge or decline overly broad or invalid legal requests.
  • We may notify affected users unless prohibited by law or a valid gag order.
  • Panobit does not retain customer data indefinitely. Requests for data older than our retention period may not be fulfilled.
