This Fulfillment Policy outlines the process by which Panobit, LLC ("Panobit," "we," "us," or "our") delivers hosting and managed cloud services to customers. By using our services, you agree to the fulfillment terms set forth in this policy.

2. Service Fulfillment Overview

Panobit provides digital services, including but not limited to web hosting, managed hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, and SSL certificates. As digital services do not involve physical shipment, fulfillment is considered complete when the purchased service has been successfully activated, configured, and made available to the customer.

3. Order Processing & Service Activation

Shared Hosting Instant (upon successful payment) Account credentials provided via email.
VPS Hosting Typically within 30 minutes May require additional setup for custom configurations.
Dedicated Servers 1 to 24 hours Provisioning times may vary based on hardware availability.
Domain Registration Instant (upon successful payment) Subject to domain availability and registrar processing.
SSL Certificates Within 1 to 24 hours Dependent on domain validation requirements.

4. Payment and Order Verification

All orders are subject to verification to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If an order is flagged for verification:

  • Panobit may request additional documentation (such as identity verification or billing confirmation).
  • Failure to provide requested verification within 48 hours may result in order cancellation.
  • Payments for fraudulent or high-risk transactions will be refunded, and services will not be activated.

5. Service Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful activation, service details (such as login credentials, server IP addresses, and control panel access) will be sent to the email address registered on the account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they receive and securely store this information.

6. Delays in Service Fulfillment

While most services are delivered instantly or within stated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand or hardware provisioning constraints for dedicated servers.
  • Domain registration delays due to registry processing times.
  • SSL issuance delays due to extended validation (EV) or organization validation (OV) requirements.
  • Verification holds due to potential fraudulent activity.

If a service is delayed beyond the expected fulfillment timeframe, Panobit will notify the customer and provide an estimated delivery time.

7. Service Modifications & Upgrades

Customers may request modifications or upgrades to their services, such as increased disk space, RAM, or CPU resources. Requests for modifications will be fulfilled as follows:

  • Upgrades for shared hosting and VPS services are typically applied within 1-6 hours.
  • Dedicated server hardware upgrades may take 24-48 hours, depending on availability.
  • Downgrades may require manual intervention and scheduled maintenance.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

For refund eligibility related to fulfillment issues, please refer to our Refund Policy. Cancellation requests must be made through our Support Portal, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Panobit aims to provide high-availability hosting services. In case of unexpected downtime or non-fulfillment of services, customers may be eligible for account credits. Please review our Uptime Guarantee Policy for details.

10. Legal Compliance

Panobit complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding service fulfillment, including:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Applies to users in the EU.
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) – Applies to California residents.
  • Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA - Thailand) – Governs data privacy in Thailand.

11. Changes to This Policy

Panobit may update this Fulfillment Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
